<<One nice benefit suggested from this: that with or with out and ERP layer, i2 can still deliver. Somewhat OT - keep your eye on Trilogy, if they ever come public.<<

Denis,

An interesting scenario to me is utilizing 2nd tier - and inexpensive - ERP and spending more money on ITWO. ERP can't sell ROI, so why pay the big bucks and spend year implenting ERP when more basic functionality will do? Save the money and put in something that can be implemented faster, and can produce a quick, demonstrable ROI like ITWO. This is what Sanjiv has been saying for quite a while now on CC's, but I don't know how many customers they run into that don't already have ERP installed.

BTW, please post here if Trilogy should make an offering because I don't follow them at all and will do my dd then.

Shane

itwo praised on wall street week 10 days ago. yesterday was slightly up in a very down market, which is a very good sign. still a lot of money out there with fewer places to go now that people see how overvalued many internet stocks are. have checked schwab (now there is an overvalued stock , worth more than merrill which is crazy) research and seems like itwo is a good buy to me.
