Thanks, Perry. It really helps! Why do you have relatively low expectation from Charter: past experience of poor service or poor facility (cable plant head-end, need upgrade?)? I did have a concern about the business strategy compatibility between cable MSO and WGAT in general, Charter especially. Compared with the #1 or #2 MSO, Charter is a little bit behind in upgrading its facility. Thanks again. Enjoyed your post. Regards.
