SHORT POSITION - 14 mill YES I said 14 MILLION! Ok Fatt, what is the big deal with nearly one-half of the float being short? Well, gather around, and let me tell you the story of XNET. See the MMs were short a few shares, actually a lot. Then a lot of optimism came into the stock, they shorted even more. The stock continued to rise on strong volume and buying. The market makers had no choice but to Naked Short even more!! The MMs were short big time! They had to cover!!! So, they bought back the shares they were short at whatever they could grap and the stock went flying. It went from $1 5/8 to above $6 in a matter of a week. This is what could happen to DMEC. They are short big time. If they had to cover from a lot of buying they couldn't handle, the stock would probably hit around $1 - $2. That is a nice gain at .20. This is a massive short position and I love MMs that are short!!! Sure, they might shake it, but buddy, when they cover, the stock will go to the moon. I have no idea when they will cover, but if there is some massive buying, which might be around the corner with the news coming (links below), they might need to cover and do it fast.... Indicator of accumlation! Looking at the MACD charts, it looks like a set of stairs. It forms higher and higher bases every so often. It could be in for a major move, especially with all this good news coming! Now, if you take a glance at the Stochastics, it appears it runs, dips, bases, runs, but continues to form a set of stairs. This is encouraging for a nice run, once again, pending on the news! Take a peak at what I mean - clearstation.com The normal charts looks excellent to consider this a decent bet. It keeps rising nicely. Definitely a stock to keep a watch on. When the market makers cover, strap on the seat belt. 14 Mill shares is a rather abnormally large amount of shares to cover.
