I'll have to call your bluff on this one Ref: "- If you don't count the Democrat-controlled inner cities, America's crime & homicide rates are about the same as Japan's - which is very low" The crime and homicide rate in Japan is much lower than the US even if one doesn't count the inner city. And ref inner city vs. the rest of America, Suburbia is doing all it can to catch up and in the high schools homicide rates probably exceeds that in the inner city over the last three to five years.
