Hi Steve,

I would tend to agree with your take. BVF must have been the recent large block transaction. I would be more concerned if they ( BVF ) had to sell the shares in small daily dilution amounts. The fact that there were interested parties on the other end is what matters. The question is who picked up the shares and why. It is very possible the acquiring party is interested in the short term price appreciation of GLFD. I remain neutral on this activity. Especially in light of the recent Insider buying activities.
