Doug, wake up. It's all over for MGR. Just waiting for Dave Webb to make a wrap-up announcement. He's made so many announcements opposite to his earlier statements that nobody in their right mind will put any more money into this company. There was the fiasco with the grab samples that got laid on the Mongolians' inexperience. There was the statement that the Mill would be closed for 10 weeks for refitting, and Dave's ongoing assurances of re-opening, only to have him announce with days to go that it wouldn't re-open. There was the agreement with MAC that didn't include a provision that MAC's ownership would only match its contribution. One could go on and on and on. I've written my money off on this one.

Give any evidence of past corporate performance that would enable you to think that MGR would be successful with new money more so than any of a thousand companies out there.
