Sure bob...but we've already had big announcements of an investment that turned out to be nothing more than an IOU backed by a STAMP COLLECTION. You don't think this deal was engineered just so that HITT could juice their stock do ya?? If that was the case what are the ethical implications of announcing a $10 M investment if no cash or liquid assets are received??
