With all of the prospects that TRIL has at this time, a JV would be welcome in my opinion. More money and expertise.

I'm hearing the same rumor. Something called "EHKO". It's in the Lost Hills area of California, near Bakersfield. There's supposed to be a group of companies JV'ing on a deep well. Pan Ocean Explorations (POE:VSE) is one of the rumored partners.
