So much for the Globes thursday story mistake explaining the
decline. It's looking more like we're simply tied to audc now.
I had the impression that some sort of new product news was in
the price, but it appears not.

Consider old resistance at ~25. Add in the ~$5/shr (addition to
book value) for audc and in a way we really haven't broken out
yet. (looking forward to a couple closes above 30) which I think
is likely after next q's earnings release. (+/- audc)

The audc offering adds more exclamation marks to the
'why the magnum deal?' question. I hope the answer to this
question is as good to dspg shareholders as the magnum deal was
to magnum.
