Pezz: This is really a specious argument, IMO. Of course its about belief systems. Like believing self defense is OK, a soldier in war taking the life of the enemy is OK. Its about drawing the line. The fact that I am opposed to most abortions is a moral decision as are the previous two examples. Drawing the line requires a complex balancing and should account for the sanctity of all human life. It must account for the rights of the unborn to be born as well, IMO. By and large, abortion proponents have turned this issue into an industry. There are far too many abortions to be justified for any reason other than the fact that there is no respect for life and IMO because of the $$$ to be made. Now I don't advocate killing abortion doctors and I also don't advocate federal government regulation of such matters but I also believe the abortion business has gotten totally out of control and has become a convenience our society can do without.
