Hello Lola and good luck with your new thread.

I offer for your DD these two stocks.

NCES= It has hit close to its base price and there is a strong
rumor of a buyout. Worth the risk in my book. I got in at 4 9/16.

RDOX= This one is very risky. It is an OTC:BB stock.I am in at a good price of .75. Rumor is that news is on the way and hopefully it
will be the long awaited news of financing.
Don't put all your money in it but it could be good for a "fun" play.
Note: The price as of the posting of this message is 1 1/32.

Good luck and be careful I am afraid we are about to get into
a bear market.
I will watch all of my stocks and will not hesitate to pull the sell
trigger on any of them.
For my current stocks and my past stocks go to my web site.

Good luck

Sorry Lola but I can't tell you the significance of the block. If I had time I might go back and see if Griffiths were involved in any private placements or financing for the company.

Essam.

yes there is a way

You pull up the trading logs

Stare at the block trade for 20 mins

And ask the force for guidance.

Then you will know.

Level II is useless without the force behind you
