That's what they said about Peoples' Express. Anyone who believes this isn't going to tank today ought to look at what happened to VISX last week after a negative (but nothing new) article in the WSJ. And that company has major earnings momentum.

The best days of AMZN are behind it. Take the money and run.

Holyman, thanx for the article...

the excerpt from the Barrons article in that post has just reduced my respect and credibility for Barrons.

It appears that was not an news article, but an op-ed piece.

The idea of books on the computer or on your own printer is not ludicrous... the fact that Barrons used it as an example of a competitive threat... that is ludicrous, sloppy and I am embarassed for them.

Just my opinion.
