S.W, well done on ZSUN. You shan't regret it. FG Not if you time it right before the pump ends and the dump begins, or the SEC shuts it down, whichever comes first. When are they going to file the financials with the SEC? Something they've issued two press releases for, and something that Francoise himself said would happen no later than two and a half weeks ago. Where did a company that only has $4million in assets(and that's counting it's golf course memberships) get the money to buy OIA, a company that projects over $2 million in earnings on $15 million in sales this year? What was the buyout price for OIA? As of April 8th it was illegal to pay companies in stock to promote for you, yet IBChannel.com shows that it received 50k shares of ZSUN as payment, when was this done? ZSUN pays Veritas, the IR firm that it shares an adrress with, $5k and 5k shares a month. Have they stopped paying the shares after April 8? How much are they paying in lieu of the shares? Why is it that in 98 the vast majority of ZSUN's profits came from selling stock, instead of day to day operations? Considering that the vast majority of ZSUN's revenues outside OIA come from it's printing business in the Philippines or Swift Trade it's semi-online broker, why is it worth what it's trading for now? When did a printing company ever sell at over a couple times sales, why should this online broker be valued as much if not far more than tier 1 plays like EGRP, AMTD etc.? How can Francoise make an earnings forecast for ZSUN when he doesn't know how much they paid to acquire their division that supposed to make all the money. Need more, do a little digging, you'll find plenty. Like why did at least 4 people all sign up on SI the same day only to post cutesy little short bashing messages on the ZSU thread. Also signing up that day was Jason J Tobin, the ZSUN CEO's son. It stinks folks. Mr. Burns
