blankmind, this morning on CNBC-Allan Murray from the WSJ stated that the judge has indicated that he would be ruling against MSFT but the remedies would not call for a breakup. I think it was his way of saying ---MSFT admit that you have lost--DOJ/States stop asking for ridiculus settlement conditions.---

The way i see is that MSFT has nothing to lose by going to a court verdict from this judge while the DOL/States may get less than what they could achieve in possible settlement.

I think this gets settled. I just hope the rebuttal phase is not so bad for MSFT. It can only get better--i hope.
