Smithy, go sign up with a new name, the more you post under this one the worse it is for you and ZSUN. Everyone can see you have no real purpose here other than to run a little interference and try to get people to lose sight of the facts. You know facts, those pesky little things that keep popping up no matter how many PR's or slam boards you put out. Facts like this company has posted two press release announcing first that the financials were complete, then that, no trust us, they're really complete this time. Yet they still have not electronically filed them with the SEC, a task that even a simpleton(but good speller) like yourself could sit down and accomplish in a few hours if not minutes. Further, ZSUN, usually quick to make lavish claims about it's numbers, has failed to disclose what it paid for OIA or where this money came from. For all we know they might have paid(Dr. Evil voice) "100 million dollars" for it and borrowed the money in the Philippines at 11%, there's no reason to assume different until they file something.
Those are just the starters, there's plenty more where that came from.
Like when was the 50k share stock payment to IBChannel made, as well as when did share payment to Veritas stop? It's not going to end for you guys, you made way too many easy to spot errors on this pump and dump, best to just get what you can out of it before you have to file the 2nd quarter numbers,(if you ever file last years, or 99 Q1) and move on. Better luck next time.
