Thanks, Brad, for the lists of most bookmarked Subjects and most bookmarked People. Is there any way for us individually to find out how many people ['how many', not 'who'] have bookmarked specific less popular subjects and people? For instance, I might - for purely narcisstic reasons - want to know how many (if any) have bookmarked me, or to know whether I am the only person still bookmarking that subject no one has responded to since June, 1997 and if anyone else will ever find out that I'm about to post another message to that subject.

Now that is a chart. That is the single best addition to your site in the last 3 years. Thanks.

A few thoughts on the beta site...

Why do I have to wait for the full page to load on my BMs before viewing the "new message" threads?

Need a "clear new messages" at the top of the Bookmarks and peoplemarks page

Why are there only "viewable" the last 20 posts in a persons profile? I liked the last 80. Are the threads the same? I thought I saw "previous 40" I liked them in lots of 100.

How many messages can a folder hold, and how many folders can we create?

I don't like how the private messages look similar to public. Easy to mistake a private for public.

Should also be "send" for the privates and NOT "publish". again, too much similarities.

message center seems clumsy. Maybe a little getting use to though.

Any way to customize the charts for defaults.

Are we going to lose the charts where we could plug in multiple symbols and get % change comparisions?

Not sure yet how the navigation has improved in efficienty. Lot more options though it seems a bit cumbersome

I really like the ability to view the next 10 or previous 10 messages...THANK YOU!

p.s where's the "search this subject" feature? I see the go to #, but not a key word search.

Brad,

Sometimes changing formats, look or feel of a product, or whatever, is not for the best. The original intentions may be good, but the end effect bad.

Look what Coke did back in the 80's, when they created a new "improved" Coke, and look what happened. They went back to the original Coke, because of massive customer feedback.

Just like any business, customers like doing business with a company that doesn't inconvenience them.

This new format is very inconvenient. I would bet that allot of members will agree when they try the new site.

I think you need a poll, Brad.

You know, maybe Apple had a good idea, make the computer simple to use. Maybe that's why they were successful.

Simple to use!

As I said before, I am the first person to upgrade to the latest, greatest software, and always do. But, the new SI is inconvenient.

Brad, why aren't you or someone else involved with the beta site responding or discussing any of our comments?

There are new threads, and questions poses in abundance. Yet more eerie silence on managements

I thought you'd be interested in stimulating conversation?

What's up?

Bend down low, let me tell you what I know;
Bend down low, let me tell you that Beta blows.
Oh! Dryerman row to reap what you sow now;
Oh, tell you all I know (Oo-oh!),
You've got to let me keep classic now (Oo-oh!),
And all you've got to do:
(Bend down low) Oh yeah! Let me tell you Beta blows;
Bend down low, let me tell you what I know. Oh yeah!

You keep on changin', but I won't come in.
You got to understand you been livin' in sin,
But if you love SI, man, Beta makes you cringe.
Why can't you leave it the way it's been?
But bend down Smoes.

Keep on knockin', but I can't come in.
You got to understand you been livin' in sin,
But walk right in, Dryerman, sit right down.
I will keep on tellin' you; I won't play the around.
Bend down low, let me tell you Beta blows;
Bend down low, let me tell you what I know, yeah!
Let me tell you, Go2Net! Let me tell ya -
back down, babe! with Beta you won't win, yeah
You all are livin' in sin.
Answer that voice fighting from within. Knock on!
