I will start responding in parts as the total response would take to long. I'll put everything together later as best as I can. This is a PM I received without the person's name I got it from. I was called shortly after the bell and asked if I knew anything about it. I did not and had started trying to find out why there was no notification from the company about Marty's appointment. I did get Henry for maybe a half minute about 4:30 and was told Marty had been voted on the board Friday morning. There still has been no communication between Marty and myself since about 20 minutes before I placed the post I agreed to put up at his request since he did not feel right about doing it himself. I knew nothing about the Hwang rumor until the call and the forward of the PM. From: The Swordsman Friday, May 28 1999 5:29PM ET Hey Bob, Check out your sources and find out why no PR today. Also check out the rumor that John Hwang turned in his resignation today. Betchya Marty will be selling hard to get him back if it's true. If Marty doesn't get him back do you think Marty will resign as fast as he was appointed? If true ask John Hwang why he resigned. SC By the way this was to a different BOB. I still say to let the company be the one to verify any internal changes.
