I see ITVU as a very close comparison. That's why it came up on my radar screen some time ago. However, I am not sure what you mean by "corporate initiative". I am thinking of the sum of Ampex when I say they want to own and control content. I would say the last deal with ISS LLC makes that crystal clear. It is a joint venture with Ampex owning 20% with the option to buy majority. ISS contributes the raw material for the channel which come from the "manufacturing" effort of their UHF channel. Ampex takes it, stores it for web video etc etc; sells advertising;gets sponsors;syndicates it to other sites etc. I think it is different in this way from ITVU.

ISS could have gone to ITVU and bought a package of services which would get them on the web. They would pay out a fee. ISS would have to devote considerable resources to sell the advertising; get sponsors etc etc. If successful, they keep 100% of revenues. My guess, as the article I posted indicated is the issue for affiliate stations,(https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=9850894) is that they have neither time nor resources to take from their primary operations. A joint venture limits their risk and capital requirements to launch a web effort.

Agree also that analyst coverage is imminent.
