good lord, that's waay too easy, letting insiders slip out the back door like that

the real question is how to keep valuations honest for the naive trader who just mortgaged his house. It's in everyone's interest to not turn off the spigot for the wild and wacky ideas we need to juice the system into the 21st century

isn't there an obligation among the elephants? fine, make $billions, but keep the market tranparent, before the SEC does, and don't screw the little guy too much or the party will be over.

Maybe that's what roger mcnamee meant when he said "it's going to get pretty ugly", he figured that's the extent of his responsibility. Not very impressive.
