More proof that our government employs too many lawyers. I am sure that some will spin this as a major positive for AMZN, at least enough to outweigh the exposure of the flaws in AMZN's business model by Barrons (a/k/a Glenn).

Glenn, what a pity. The last thing that bezo needs is more competition. They say Bezo has eyes in the back of his head, and its not just from watching Wal-Mart.
