Jim,

Your are either a fool or you recently sold your MDHM stock and want it at a lower price to buy more.

Go out and buy a dictionary before you post again.

J.NELSON:

Any legal action in which Medinah and Dayton were involved (which happened to be on the Andacolla mine area) is now the problem of MEDINAH GOLD, since the old MDIN (now MDHM) is only involved with the Lipangue and LDM mining sites. According to Russell yesterday there are legal proceedings pending and the time frame is unknown at this time. We as shareholders of MDHM have no need to be concerned about legal problems with Dayton at this time Russell said. The old MDIN is a nonexistent entity now.

If this is not exactly correct, someone speak up. This is the substance of a conversation I had yesterday with Russell.

Jim I think the name change was not to avoid a suit, I am unaware of any litigation filed. A name change would not preclude them from the fact. The name chnage and cusip number change (symbol wanted to be the same) was part of nailing the coffin shut on the shorts. The legal issue has been absorbed by Medinah Gold. I do not have an update at this point, it is a mute point but look forward to the next few months with medinah Gold....btw if you were at the AGM you would have noticed that I was wearing a Medinah Gold button....Hmmmm maybe 'ol Vinny has ESPN!
