Chuca et al...Please, someone, tell me I'm wrong. This morning's 'information' said to me, "We are diluting outstanding shares by 10-20% at a dime a share, to pick up $275,000 for working capital." Where I want to be shown wrong is in my feeling that this action reflects pretty dismal assessment by the company of 1) The reasonable market value of its stock, and 2) Its position regarding available working capital. I have spoken, too much, about my 'feelings.' This current NR gives me a real queasy 'feeling.' Tell me I am way off base, please. gsm
