takeunder (fully diluted) but strategically important QWST relationship (...talk about misguidance from Nacchio...) After Liberty/TGNT, BBFW in general and WCII in specific is geting front and center. WCOM will now have to rethink it's BBFW strategy.

Sounds like someone other than LU - maybe Cisco afterall - could be involved. Future cities will follow QWST's footprint. Will outsource their build to get time to market. ARTT presumes QWST will use sales force to sell local BB data services.
