I received the package some time ago (in Australia), the meeting is next Monday 7 June and expected to relist on Wednesday 9 June. Several favourable press articles today and some punters are talking of it reaching A$1 for post-consolidation shares. Also rumours of another deal with sister company Yamarna involving a Canadian gambling site. Anybody heard anything?

Cheers,
Davo.

The prospectus and the IM have been mailed to all shareholders.
I have a copy of both but too large to send (78 pages). If you own stock thru a broker then the shares are likely in "street form" and your broker gets a copy for you. Meeting is still scheduled for June 7 I believe and trading should resume almost immediately. You are likely too late to send your proxy unless you fax to the company.
According to the prospectus for the new shares (20 cents AU post consolidation) the issue will be cancelled and deposits returned if for some reason the shares aren't allowed to trade for thirty days (highly unlikely). One Major Aussie market maker told me that the indications are for an opening of 50-60 cents. We will soon see!
I eagerly await as well but it may take a few weeks of trading especially on NASDAQ before this reaches its full potential.
