How does that cause a positive return on invested cpaital? I am missing a point. How does this company please a customer better than any company ever has? Do they speak to their customer on friendly terms? Take concern in their customer's personal problems? Send flower or fruit baskets when one of the immediate family members die? Talk to their customers when they are lonely? I am missing the personal aspect. The caring that good people give to others. My employees do that wiht our customers. We know our customers. We know their children and spouses. We know if they have health problems. We know when life is going good for them and when it is not. We actually give a damn. Does Amazon do that? Glenn
