Yes, David...It looks as if those last sellers were trying to take advantage of the opening run-up to sell their positions off. Shame too, the news today out for NPCT was good. I think a settlement in the lawsuit could be to merge or buyback the sub. which would skyrocket INCE. Be interesting to see what happens.
