bid at .20 and ask at .21, then ten trades in a row of buyers above .21....I'm having to hold myself back from putting it all in NPEC, I've now wonder if the buying of this is going to top 10 million today, this turbulance is good, creates a new floor well above where I bought in:))

There is a fair amount of selling expected from many of the long time holders who were sceptical they would see these levels again. It appears this is happening now. Its a shame they will see much higher levels without holding while it was their money that has allowed the ongoing development. It appears much higher levels will be seen now without years of development ahead of us.
