Kip, Anax . . . Any thoughts on EGGS & CDNW's Relative Strength?

These two second tier players did not participate in the NUTZ sell-off yesterday. It seems (I hope) that some money may be coming out of the big boys into the second tier.

How exactly it all ends up when the dis- and re-intermediating is done is anybody's guess

As we have noted before, the internet is inherently deflationary. It murders profits alike for manufacturers, wholesalers & etailers... But still the distribution of goods (especially intellectual goods) will increasingly move to this forum as the internet frees the market from analog space for full play of rapacious capitalism. Surely the next recession will shake out those nutz who have survived primarily on equity sales but it will be even more devastating for the b-n-m stores as surviving etailers continue to undercut their prices.

Re EGGS. The market is still looking pretty nasty. Little chance, IMO, that EGGS will reverse its downtrend until quite some time after margin calls are washed out of the big nutz...that should be any day now will likely be dramatic.
