Thanks for that link. However, it seems to me that real improvement, across the board for the majority of drugs for life-threatening diseases, would require more worker bees at the FDA to process the applications more quickly. Which means more money in salaries. Without that, pronouncements by management have a Dilbertesque tone. Have you ever run across something called "Schedule C" at the FDA? Apparently it was an earlier attempt to speed up cancer drug approvals.
