The float is trading hands. Remember some investors buy and sell on small gains. To me the important aspect of NPEC trading has been the way we are getting reasonable increases each day and building higher support levels. As a large shareholder this will work the best to keep me from selling. If we were to get a 50% to 100% gain in just a day it would be hard not to sell and take profits, but the way this is working I'm content just sitting back and enjoying the ride!

Good luck to all!!

Errick

Gary,

The float is not a concrete number. As people buy and sell the float size changes. Sometimes it increases as people take profit and at times it will decrease as more decide to hold for even higher profits.

The stock price has moved from the 6 cents level to the 20 plus cents level with the float turning over 1 1/2 times which is very normal movement in a stock that is getting a lot of attention.

Right now you are seeing about 2.5 buyers for every seller (from a share standpoint. If more buyers come in and the selling pace stays the same, the float amount is lowered and you will see jumps of several cents versus 1 or 2 cents move at a time.

If sellers begin to outnumber buyers, then the float size will grow.

As long as NPEC continues to give us good news and a higher base is established each time, the stock is likely to continue much higher. Resistance becomes less and less until the perceived full value of the stock's price is reached. Then the stock either falls back or holds in a trading range.

None of us no what the perceived full value is until we read all the news and even then it will be a guessing game to some degree.

Ken

I believe the OTC:BB market double prints the number of shares,
so when you buy 5,000 shares they also print the 5,000 shares the MM sold to you as volume,

there could also be MM's buying and selling large inventory of stock with other MM's which drives the volume up,

hope this helps,
