Well, realistically you can't blame anyone for today's price drop. Insiders are bound to sell, basically went from rags to riches. Any financial adviser worth his salt would have advised to diversify. The real concern is the 2.35 million shares issued for capital expenditure...Why do they need this capital? and are we being set up for another earnings revision?

They are not even rating the stock are they? Wouldn't we have to see a rating started out of them....like soon?

It's not only the 4% dilution, it's also the increased float, which act as an overhead to the share price.

I don't like this 2ndary offering unless they better have a good reason for cash requirement.
