Extended trading hours ... I'll still 'close the books' on my day at 4:00 PM. I'll just ignore the market 'after-hours' like I ignore Asia and Europe now. I think service will deteriorate. We'll be spreading the current trading people over more hours. I doubt the 'best' people will put in 20 hour days, so we'll be dealing with 'second tier' people for part of the day. Reminds me of the discussion about stores opening on Sunday. They think they'll sell more, not realizing, the limit of what they sell is determined by how much money their customers have to spend and not by how many days they're free to spend it. Cheerios, PW.
