IBM's chips are much faster. The price will go lower and compete
effectively with INTC's.

Does the Intel-Dialogic deal have any anti-trust implications? The acquisition by Intel of the leading computer-telephony integration software company whose product is licensed by Microsoft and other large networking companies would seem to enhance Intel's monopoly power.
