No. I am saying that for AMD can make bold move but Intel cannot.
It may be right for AMD but wrong for Intel. If AMD screw up, that
is no big deal, if Intel screw up(being aggressive), it will be
fatal. I believe Intel take the same approach in say copper technology, which is wait for the dust to settle.
