Beach, I think that's doubtful. If I were going to be taken over, I wouldn't let word out so that people could sue me. It reduces my ability to get a fair price. If that was actually going on, and these are shareholder lawsuits, we'd all know why they were happening. Also, if it were true, I'd expect to wait a long time...litigation doesn't end quickly.
