Am still holding a small long in this one but: Requested a account with them sometime ago. Received confirmation that I could fund last week. The e-mail contained instructions on how to fund. If by check there would be a 10 to 15 day wait after the check cleared. Wire would be easier so went to my credit union to wire the funds They requested a telephone # for trac's bank. As the instructions contain a phone # for trac I called. After a 3 minute wait got a broker. Explained my problem he said "I will go out of my way to get that for you" Left my phone and e-mail with him. Have not received a response. Sent e-mail to trac's support address. They mailed back that it was forwarded to the trading dept. Still nothing from them. Sounds to me like they need to get the train back on the track. Anyone else have a thought.
