Anthony, that is BS. Many companies can say that news is coming; they just can't say what it is.

Now, please stay off this thread. I don't go into your's, although I have read many of your posts there. Your thread is a good one, but please stay out of this one if you're not invested.

Thank You,

Ben

OK, the Tim and A@P tagteam is starting to grate on even me. No more so, of course, than Skip's "I happened to be in NPEC's CEO's shower and overheard him telling his dog that today is the big day," but it's still bugging me.

A@P generally doesn't muddle with pennies. I also wasn't aware of the tagteam tactic. One will type something, and the other will echo and reply. It's an obvious tactic (And reminds me a bit of Tweedledee and Tweedledum in Alice in Wonderland).

Let's try to bring some common sense back to the thread. Nothing wrong with exuberance (Skip) or criticism (A@P/Tim Luke). But both should be substantiated.

(By the way, Skip, I'm sorry if I've read you wrong. You just seem to have popped in from nowhere and all of a sudden have all the answers. It strikes me as suspicious, to say the least. But if I've read you wrong, my sincere apologies.)

Rhino

illegal huh? Then why don't you bring a law suit against some of the big Fortune 500 companies who we hear will announce news after the close EVERY SINGLE DAY on CNBC?

I asked before: please run along and play elsewhere, maybe go sit for the bar exam, since you are so well versed on legalisms.
