At $1 it was a screaming bargain, worth $2 for its basic business for the past year. Add another $1 a share for the army heaters going forward and another $1 for the TEG new business, that totals $4 a share. So the SOFCs are currently ($9.25) being valued at $5.25 a share or a market cap of $115 million. This is peanuts for the potential of SOFCs if Ballard is valued at $4.5 billion market cap.
I just want to see a GLE fuel cell stack consistently generating 2KW from natural gas and the stock is over $20.
