To Dar1 on Stockhouse (sorry, I don't want to join another thread), I spoke with Richard Mockett again this afternoon to find out what the symbol IWMIF-L is. He advised that this is the symbol assigned by NASD to IWM and is used by some Americans when they want to trade this stock. IWM does not trade on the pink sheets/OTC. Richard and I also discussed the private placement again. Richard noted that a news release regarding the private placement WILL be issued next Tuesday or Wednesday, regardless of whether the private placement is fully sold or not (i.e., it will likely not close on Friday as I wrote earlier today). Since our discussion this morning, Richard had a chance to discuss the private placement with the CFO. The CFO advised that the discussions in Europe went extremely well. The CFO noted that one of additional reasons for a delay in the closing of the private placement was that the European trip was delayed by a week. The President and CFO are now in (or on their way to) Toronto to complete meetings regarding the private placement which commenced prior to the European tour. I tried to press Richard on the TSE thing. Richard is very good at not disclosing much information (while remaining extremely polite and helpful). Apparently, the TSE insists that the Company not disclose any information of its application. I tried to find out if any other news would be released prior to the private placement news. Richard would not comment. .....Waiting For Essentials. What's the word? Good luck to all. Keep holding.
