You want the spin and they have it. I just heard an expert on AP radio - he sez (I am paraphrasing) <<NAPM number is good news for the economy. Industrials could use this "good news" and that's why we haven't seen much of a sell off in DOW. OTOH bonds are reacting predictably to the "good news">>
