Pre Release of NN Conference Call Opening Remarks - "I have encouraging news about Newbridge Networks today. We have identified what needs fixing and we have fixed it. Before plunging into the details, let me say that I take no joy in the fact that Doug, Serge and the other Short People lost so much money (Explosive snicker followed by several attempts at composure and ability to continue speaking)." That was a joke (OK, so it was a lame joke). I have no idea what will be said in CC. Watching the price ease on low volume recently reminds me though, of a variant of the rumor theory. It might read: "Sell on the rumor and buy on the news."
