I suspect all of us suffer from the information overload. What a change from when I first started buying stocks. The only information sources then were brokers and Value Line, and we all know that the agenda of the former is not always favorable to individual investors.
If non tech diversification is desired ( and after the last couple of months I wish I had a bit more <g>) the smart way to do it is to buy a couple of index funds. This way you don't get distracted from your main focus.

Welcome back, Bill. How was the high stepping in San Fran?

I Friday afternoon was the start of the Summer Rally, continuing my string of bad short term predictions. At least I kept my options money in my pocket this time.

I'm still thinking Q and Mr. Softee are poised for breakouts; hope I don't jinx them <g>. Did you read Vendit's TA report on Q (I cross posted it here)?
