Thanks for the site. Good read. It can use stock to make acquisitions and it can issue secondary offerings to raise more capital JDX is already one step ahead of the game. Most shell companies have little or no capital. In the case of JDX a financing should not be necessary. But the drawbacks are apparent: there's little fanfare involved in a shell merger, so the companies do not receive the free publicity associated with a blockbuster IPO With this promotion team I am not at all worried about the fanfare.
