Cybersurf Announces Positive Earnings for the Third Consecutive Quarter CALGARY, ALBERTA (June 1) BUSINESS WIRE -June 1, 1999--Paul Mercia, President of Cybersurf Corp. (ASE:CY.) is pleased to report the following results for the nine months ended March 31, 1999. Financial: For the 3rd quarter in a row (period added March 31, 1999) Cybersurf Corp. has produced positive earnings. The earnings for the period are $587,845 ($0.034 per share) as compared to $46,623 in the same period of the prior year. Revenues are $3,157,197 up from $1,978,487 in the prior year. General and administrative cost are lower due to prudent decision making in daily operations. Cash flow from operations was $911, 769 ($0.05 per share) compared to an inflow of $303,746 in the prior year. The 3web Network is a proprietary software application that was developed by Cybersurf Interactive Media, a division of Cybersurf Corp.
