This site should be taken as an opinion.
Everywhere I am looking the tech guru's are placing PRTL as a serious contender (upward direction)... it is interesting mainly because it is all starting while most of the smart money (you know who you are) has been buying since the 9's. Well now at 21 it's just getting out that this is a serious play. Look at one of these sites and see what I mean...

equities.barchart.com

Not one hold or sell on all the indicators, many may laugh at these types of charting techniques, but save it and laugh all you want when you can prove this type of data wrong in more than 1 months time.

Also one of my favorite internet charting sites clearstation.com has it as a serious contender just the same.

As I said this is only one/two site or data locations/programs out of at least a 1/2 dozen placing strong buys on PRTL.

All best,

Bruce

Snip post, related other comments.
=====================

In move to expand customer base in Europe, Primus Telecommunications
Group agreed to pay $72 million cash for Telegroup Inc., which filed
for Chapter 11 protection in N.J. earlier this year. Purchase includes
Telegroup's retail customer base and related assets in U.S., Japan
and Hong Kong and stock of its European retail subsidiaries. Primus
said it expects deal, which covers 350,000 retail customers, to add
$150 million to annual revenue. Assets covered by agreement include
"substantially all of Telegroup's global network" such as switches
in N.Y., London, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland,
Tokyo. "We are now able in one quick step to build our network footprint
throughout Europe," said Primus Chmn. Paul Singh. U.S. Bankruptcy
Court in N.J. cleared sale to Primus, company said. Companies said
they expect to sign definitive agreement within several weeks.
