Thanks for the t&s data on BDE. It sounds promising. Even if it doesn't hit 8 today, that looks like the next target. It took 3 tries to get and stay over 5, over a 4 month period (mid-Jan 99 to mid May), then it jumped to just under 8 and fell back, rose to just under 8 again and fell back. This would be the 3rd run towards 8 in less than a month, so it would not surprise me if it stayed well under that for a while longer, unless of course there's news. And once it breaks through 8, well....who's to say.
