AMD decided against the whole "memory interleaving" thing. In fact, the main proponents of it inside AMD were my major contacts, but the "suits" decided it was too expensive to implement"

Thanks for the information. It will provide a nice performance boost for a server, but probably isn't important for a desktop chipset.

If so how does K7 use a 200 MHz bus with 133 MHz or slower sdrams?
