z, this is a very confusing situation. I wish we could get some clarification. If your assumptions regarding the float are correct, it would be easy enough for the company to verify it.Obviously many people on the thread have strong agendas, but it is hard to tell who has what agenda. If Marty is no longer under consideration for the board, I hope he will post and help us to gain some idea of what is happening here.
