I think we're looking pretty good today, Barbara's friends and all. While TSIS has contracts with big names, it still trades at less than $.50 and is not a reporting company. Thus it still behaves like a penny stock. Penny stocks move in volatile ways. People buy when they see momentum building. The stock price moving up in and of itself can build the momentum. A little more volume and we may be off to the races.
