Pfizer cannot openly promote Zoloft to physicians or the public for the treatment of PE because they don't have FDA approval.

Like I said before, I would not be at all surprised if one or more of the pharmaceuticals, who have a current SSRI product approved for psychiatric disorders, attempts to get FDA approval for PE.
